Twin Citizen is a Minnesota-based band that includes Joe Hartley (Vox, Rhythm Guitar), Adam Lifto (Lead Guitar), Laura Lunde (Bass), Ryan Taylor (Keys), and Sam McKinney (Drums). Twin Citizen is a band that incorporates a vast spectrum of musical styles and is dedicated to a unique and accessible style of indie-rock music.

St. Paul?s JoJo Green has a hot, fresh, take on a cozy, nostalgic sound best summarized as ?roots fusion.? Lauded as ?Bombastic!? by Mostly Minnesota Music, and praised as ?...a band to see!? by Americana Highways, this powerhouse fusion band will get you on your feet and leave you wanting more. JoJo Green features rich, agile, and daring trios between their bodacious vocalist, diva, and band leader, Sharisse Germain, cheeky and fearless saxophonist, Zach Miller, and smooth, suave guitarist, Conner Allen, braiding through each performance. The JoJo groove is driven by primal, soulful rhythm provided by drummer Nancy Long and bassist/lead songwriter Scott Yonke. JoJo Green has proudly released two internationally praised independent albums since their inception in 2019, The Summer Tree EP (2022) and The Line LP (2021), and continues to break the mold experimenting, writing, and arranging both grandiose and intimate, peculiar and rich soundscapes.

Based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota The Morning Kings are known for having a layered, energetic full band sound with influences of funk, rock, and organized jam. TMK pushes the envelope to create and innovate music that can get a crowd moving while invoking a true connection to the music.

The band has performed with artists like Spin Doctors, Big Wu, Wookiefoot, and Mae Simpson. Headlined the American Beer Classic at Soldier Field Stadium. Highlighted gigs include Art-a-Whirl, Bunkers, 7th St Entry, 89.3 and MMC Caravan-du Nord, and Common Roots Fest. In 2012 TMK created a self-released 5-song EP called Sunrise and a self-titled EP in 2017. The band?s latest single called ?Together? is off of the album Get Outside, which will be released in early 2023.

Jazicality is an R&B/Pop band that melds together elements of multiple genres such as jazz, hip hop, and rock to express their motivational lyrics. Their music empowers you with a therapeutic experience that uplifts you. The band consists of vocalist Jasmine Anderson aka Jazicality, Sam Klein (drums), Kevin Gamble (keys), and Ian Matupang (bass).

Organization Details:

The Turf Club is a historic landmark in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. Originally opened as a supper club and dancehall in the 1940s, the room has seen it all, from two-steppin’ to grunge, and everything in between. The Turf Club features live music nearly every night of the week, and its charm lies in the fact that it is both a neighborhood hang and a destination for some of the best touring artists in the country. Located between downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul, this 350-cap venue boasts a stage and bar upstairs and a cozy basement bar and stage in the Clown Lounge. The Turf Club’s kitchen offers food service during shows, available starting as soon as doors are open for events.
