Over more than two decades, the band has continually reinvented itself, developing a sound that defies categorization yet remains uniquely ?Norma Jean,? drawing influence from underground 90s punk and hardcore to alternative rock.

The band?s career arc includes a Grammy nomination in 2005, collaborations with iconic producer Ross Robinson, and performances at major festivals including Ozzfest 2006, Warped Tour ?07 & ?08, and 2010?s Mayhem Festival.
