Event Details:

Richard Egarr, Music Director of the Academy of Ancient Music, is one of the world’s foremost interpreters of Baroque music. Equally at home on the keyboard as he is on the podium, Egarr performs Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 12 on the fortepiano, the mellower predecessor to the more familiar modern piano. In addition, newly appointed SPCO violinist Eunice Kim performs Bach’s Second Violin Concerto alongside works by Purcell, Lawes and Haydn.
